DESCRIPTION
We use 2 models:

1. Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)
We create dedicated software development centres based on your needs. This includes company Inc. real estate, hiring, induction and orientation, payroll and legal compliance.

We also taken on project management, quality process/management and end-end delivery.

By signing up with us, you are operational from day one.

When your dedicated centre is ready and fuly operational (this typicaly takes 1-2 years but since we use a progressive model where you are operational from day 1, it takes typically 6 months-1 year) you have the option to transfer the centre over to yourselves.

2. Consultancy
The other model is where we Inc. the centre in your name and operate on your behalf in which case just consultancy fees are applicable.

TERMS
We operate on consultancy basis in the creation phase (1-3 months). For a 15 staff team our consultancy rates are $20/hour. Facility runs in your name.

For BOT, once hiring starts, each staff is billed on time + material basis. Depending on domain experience, this means a staff billing rate of typically $15-$30/hr. This billing is the loaded cost that includes the staff cost + basic infrastructure. Company /product specific costs (like teephone, special software tools, etc.) will be extra.
