TERMS
Netsoft's outsourcing services are built around our FlexSourceSM program and our payment terms are in line with our core belief of 'Pay for Performance'. Although payment terms, turnaround time and other business terms are negotiated for each project individually, the following can be used as a guide to the standard operating practice,

Advance Retainer: 30% of Project Amount
Alpha Delivery: 30% of Project Amount
Beta Delivery: 30% of Project Amount
Final Completion: Balance 10% of Project Amount

We strongly favor Turnkey, Fixed-Price bids for projects where work is well-defined, and Hourly, Resource Retainer Model for projects where requirements are not yet clear, or in areas where requirements are changing frequently. Based on a given project situation, a combination of the two approaches is also possible.

Our general Flash Design and Development Pricing is in the range of US$15/hr, although the actual pricing can vary based on the following factors:

3/ Nature of the Project - Small Business/Enterprise
4/ Delivery Period Available
