I have around nineteen years of IT experience, worked for different top organizations in the world. For the last 7/8 years I was working in the USA and couple of weeks back I came back to my hometown at Calcutta, India for family reason resigning my current job with the largest software service company (ADP Inc. turnover $8 billion) in the world.

Previously I was working as a VP and Head IT for a 100% subsidiary unit of a large ERP solution company of USA. All the outsourced projects and maintenance were executed under my supervision. Some of my jobs were infrastructure development, facility management, HR management, technology development, core team formation and all other activities related to project management and above all cordination with the parent body in the USA.

I can perform the following:

1) I can work as an outsourcing coordinator cum delivery in charge for your company if you outsource your project to any Indian company, which is not your subsidiary.

2) I can be your company’s employee in India and help in the infrastructure development, facility management, HR management, core team formation, send them to USA for gaining expertise on your legacy product. Prepare costing and budgeting for initial investments. Also later stages supervise the unit and execution of the projects.

3) My main strength is the different industry domain knowledge, expert in Progress RDBMS, VB6, XML, XSL, etc.
