TERMS
Taking advantage of IT resource in China, Yuantech provides our clients IT solution with high quality, and competitive price. Normally we only charge 7 to 15 pounds per hour depending on the specific project requirements. Also Yuantech like to a special price for the first project of any of our new clients.

Quotation steps

• After getting the roughly project requirements, we give clients our the hourly charge rate, and a range of the total price of the whole project.

• Meet clients for further discussion on the detail of the proposed project. After all necessary information is gathered, the project is broken down into small components, and they are estimated separately to find out how much time we need take to complete it. At this stage past similar projects are used for reference.

• After the total hours is found out, we give the accurate quotation about the project, and sign contract with client.

Payment plan

For a project, Yuantech offers two versions to our client: Beta version, and final version. According to the related stages, we like our clients pay us in three stages:

First stage: When a contract is signed, 30%;

Second stage: Beta version, 50%;

Third stage: Final version, 20%.

Yuantech is very confident about its service. For the first order of any of our new customers, our payment plan like to be changed to:

First stage: when a contract is signed, 0%;

Second stage: Beta version, 50%;

Third stage: Final version, 50%.
