Our main activity is Asp.Net database driven web-sites development from scratch to completing.

Seven years experience in offshore outsourcing business had given me an opportunity to understand all challenges of projects management for remote clients.

Usually my team's development process has such key stages:

1. Task discussion and understanding. "In order for people to communicate, it is critical that they have a common vocabulary." - Murray Cantor in Object-Oriented Project Management with UML -
Yes, the aim of this stage is to understand task deeply and get common vocabulary. The question is to grasp the customer's knowledge domain and touch the ground.

2. After task understanding I prepare usage scenario (use cases description) in accordance with MSF template document. The document drafts will be discussed with you and with my team developers.

3. When the usage scenario is ready the use case driven development starts. On every stage I install finished sub-systems on your server and receive your feedback. The site, database and/or software are modified and polished in accordance with your remarks. You receive: database, setup distributive file, all source codes and our maintenance. All task formulation documents, source codes, database, scripts and installation files will be in your full ownership.

It is brief description of our usual workflow. Please, be sure, it does not create redundant bureaucracy and works well.
