OpenWave the parent company of Lawwave is headquartered in New York City just opposite Macy's on Herald Square. Openwave established in NYC in 1997 and in course of time expanded to India, and Malaysia. Openwave's vision has been to provide quality technical expertise to small and medium businesses enabling them to achieve their business objectives.

We have a state of the art facility in Chennai, India devoted to software development and training. The facility has dedicated T1 lines, integrated computer and telephony, firewalls, 200,000 square feet of modular work space and above 100 full time employees. It is strategically located in the heart of Chennai, just 2 minutes walk from the US consulate. This facility houses our legal process team. Our legal process team is composed of attorneys who have experience working for US firms. It also includes attorney from our partner law firms who work on a consulting basis.
We are proud to differentiate ourselves from our peers in the way we hire and provide training to our employees. We currently have more than 50 training centers to train graduates in technology and its application. We are using this infrastructure to train our legal process team.
