TERMS
Prior to the project inception we carry out the analysis of required functionality and estimate the project cost and needed development time. The project cost consists of the number of development hours needed multiplied by the hourly rate. Our average hourly rate for the PDA application development is 15 USD, but it can be modified depending on complexity and size of the project. The project usually begins with the 30% prepayment.

Our contract includes the nondisclosure terms and the software copyrighting terms. If needed, additional non-compete agreement can be signed. Also, we sign nondisclosure contracts with our employees. Our designated security department ensures that all employees follow the contract terms.

Our goal is to maintain long-term relations with the customer and protect our reputation.
