The company was incorporated in 2002 as a Limited Liability Company at Delaware, USA and in 2003, incorporated as a Private Limited Company in India. In the US, the company has its registered office at Wilmington, Delaware. In India, the company maintains 2 offices at Chennai and Cochin.
