Ivesia works on both Fixed Fee and T&M Projects.

1) Time & Materials

T&M Model offers the flexibility to change specifications based on organization needs and the changing market place. This is suitable for projects where specifications are not yet clearly defined. The client pays an hourly development fee; hence, the cost is directly based on the amount of time and resources utilized.

2) Fixed Fee

This model is suitable for projects that have well defined requirements; client pays a mutually agreed fixed price.

Pricing Metrics

While the final pricing in either model is always based on the project complexity and resource experience & skill sets, we offer three pricing metrics to our clients for a wider choice.

General pricing is more suitable for short term, ad-hoc projects, however as most businesses prefer to mitigate business continuity risks, the two retainership models are more popular with clients as they offer dual advantage of getting extreme cost reduction with a promise of retaining the same set of resources for their ongoing & future projects.
