We are a company based in Kenya and are looking at getting clients for our call and contact centre. We have set the factors in place for a 50 seat centre able to offer a full muti media options, from web chat, e-mail,fax, amongst others.

Call Centre Africa EPZ is based in Nairobi Kenya and we want to put Kenya as the first choice in Anglophone Africa for BPO work.
We have put together a team of industry experts and have a well educated English speaking workforce ready to handle the jobs

SKILLS
We are looking at attracting customer service (supplemnting call centres that want to offer 24hr support) jobs, accounting functuions and medical transcriptions.

TERMS
This we can only negotite with a client depending on the terms of service, service level agreements and specific work.
