TERMS
Pricing:
It depends on the complexity and duration of the project. It varies from US $5-12. If you have a huge project, we can provide you dedicated staff on 'fixed personnel basis'.

Fixed Personnel Basis:
We would like to work as a software development center for you on fixed personnel basis i.e.
· A pool of developer's resumes will be send to you.
· You need to select the candidates out of the pool for telephone interview.
· We will arrange developers in 1:3 ratios for telephone interview/video conferencing.
· You will have the liberty to select the candidates on merit.
· The developers will work directly under your supervision using VPN software or they will work on our client server, we will give you the FTP access rights to monitor the day to day development.
· The developers will be always available on chat ID's or e-mail.
· You have to pay per engineer US $1000-1400 per month depending on the skill and experience of the developers.
· The developers will be available at your working hours.
· The following additional benefits will be available to you without any additional cost: database administrator, one project leader (if you opt for a team size of 5 or more) and a local US telephone number.

Payment Terms:
1. 20% will be paid in advance.
2. 50% have to paid after approval of the project at beta server.
3. 30% after deliver and acceptance of the project at your servers.
