(CATTSoftTM), a subsidiary of the Datang Telecom Technology Co., Ltd and originated from the former software R&D center of China Academy of Telecommunications Technology (CATT) of Chinese Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, has 16 years experience in providing IT solutions to customers in telecom and other industries. It is a leading software solution provider in telecom network management system, telecom operation supporting system (OSS), telecom business supporting system (BSS), e-government, enterprise wireless access platform, wireless solutions for small and medium business solutions and owns around 35% market shares in both BSS and OOS in China mainland.
