Web Cereal Design Studio, formerly known as ‘Organized Kaos’ was established approximately 7 years ago. Web Cereal has quickly become a world-renowned design studio with a focus on total media (Print/ Multimedia/ Av's, etc..) and innovative web rich media technologies.

The Co. with its mobile gaming division Go2andplay was recently bought over by a Bulgarian Co. Praxeva Group's Indian Subsidiary Praxeva India Pvt. Ltd.

TERMS
The cost for designing static/flash websites:

- Delivery time 15-20 days.
- Format: Flash / Html / DHTML / Java.
- Domain registration INR 500.00.
- Design/Hosting INR 55,500.00 per site with complementary hosting for 1st year.
- Hosting charges INR 7,500.00 annually.
- High end Rich Media Flash Applications/ Website development the costing will be done based on the SOW.

**PLEASE NOTE:
The cost of hosting exceeding 50MB will be charged according to your requirement. The cost for design/hosting has to be paid in advance.

- Storage 50MB per site.
- Pop emails.
- Platforms LINUX / UNIX.
- Supported database MySQL.

Deliverables explained: Flash/HTML site with basic forms e.g. feedback / enquiry / guest book / newsletter.

For high end rich media or web development work, the costing will be decided on the SOW (scope of work) after studying the RC requirement catalog.

The terms and conditions for this project are subject to the agreement nr: between and supplier company.

Advance once paid will not be refunded under circumstances:
1. If the project/content is delayed for more than a 45 days by the supplier company.

2. If the project is delayed and later withdrawn for any reasons by the supplier company.
