1. Energy Analysis: We provide vital performance-related design information on issues such as orientation, disposition of glazing, thermal mass, etc. before or after the building form has been developed. Also we provide data about the performance of building under different situation or design options.

2. Lighting Analysis: We undertake integrated assessments with natural daylight and artificial luminaries to assess comfort lighting levels and identify potential glare problems. Daylight optimisation can also be evaluated to reduce energy consumption and internal heat loads. We can also simulate sun paths to determine the shading effects created by proposed or existing constructions.

3. Time Based 4D Simulation Model: We translate your 2D drawings into a 4D time model where one can see the stage of building constructed at any time of the construction.The 4D model is linked to the PERT chart of the project.

4. Photorealistic Stereoscopic Animation: We have developed a tool for generating and projecting photorealistic stereoscopic animation. This tool takes us one step closer to virtual objects by making us a part of the virtual domain. All we need is the drawings, and we will transform them into photorealistic stereoscopic simulations. These output can be provided in Windows Media Player (AVI), VCD and MPEG, etc.
