Strategic consulting in project management using PMBOK principles and program management functions using MSP2000/2002 tools. Can do pre-business planning, draw up project reports for raising venture capital finances and evaluate progress through project tracking and scheduling. All aspect of project management functions would be considered in detail with attention paid to minute details. Area of specialization is IT projects and general projects consultancy. Defining milestones and getting to work for achieveing the results form the forte of this professional.

SKILLS
My main area of focus would be installation of the process that drives the business. I would resort to business process reengineering to study and change the strategic processes. Then adopt project management methodologies and techniques to set up milestones and generate deliverables with in the scope management and project charter. Risk managment methodologies is used thoroughly to derisk and mititgation techniques are reemployed for getting the desired results.

TERMS
The payment terms shall be:

30% on the contract price at the time of signing the memorandum of understading.
25% on the project plan completion.
25% on the milesones arrived and implementation progress met.
20% on the first deliverables achieved.

All the international terms on project contract is applicable. The arbitration shall be done either at Singapore or London or Chennai, India.
