DESCRIPTION
We provide Business Process Outsourcing services to Nearshore BPO firms in the Caribbean and South America. We place and consult on these programs that range from back office operations to voice programs. We have parntered with two call centers in Guyana South America where I am there outside sales VP. One center has 265 stations with 150 occupied. They other has 405 stations with 100 occupied.

We have recently started our own center and it shall be open in January which has 156 stations with the ability to scale to 700 stations over the medium term.

We boast the best voice quality and the lowest labour cost in the nearshore industry. We are comparable with India as it relates to back office operation cost and we are driving back office for a nearshore location.

SKILLS
Inbound customer service and sales, B2B surveys, transcriptioning, data entry, form filing and data conversion. These are the areas where we perform the best in. Our manin area of focus however is back office operation since we provide almost similar operation prices for our clients that they would get an offshore location. We have experience in Insurance claims processing and data conversion. Our voice quality is probably the best in the Caribbean an one of the best for the price that we offer and as such makes us a firm candidate for inbound support and customer service.

TERMS
Our prices are competitive and very similar to India and the Phillipines. We prefer either advance payment or prepayments for all our business, however payment terms and prices are dependant on the actual work to be done. Our turn around time is dependant on the type of work but we can perform jobs and send them back within the same day.
