SKILLS
Develop conceptual drawings, engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
Convert 3D models to customer specific CAD formats.
Conduct DOE based on appropriate FE analysis (static / thermal / dynamic / flow).
Develop from the finished component model, the forging or casting model (for example).
Develop the tooling design schemes.
Interaction with customer and approval.
Conduct process simulation.
Predict the defects and optimize the process.
Develop 2D drafting drawing for die making.
Develop CAM procedure for die sinking.
Supervise the die making, trial component production.
Design changes with customer interaction (while forging).
Material changes (for example Al to Mg Alloys, new steel grades, etc.).
Yield improvement programs (machining reduction, using lower input weights).
Reducing rejections, number of stages, cycle time, etc.
3D Modeling and CAD services.
Thermal / static / synamic FEA.
Crash / impact / vibration / fatigue analysis.
Advanced FE programming and analysis.
Computational fluid dynamics.
