Medical Coding:

Nspire provides high-quality Medical Coding services in various specialties with AAPC certified and high expertise in different specialty coding. We ensure strict adherence to coding guidelines specified by CMS an AMA as well carrier-specific guidelines be followed while assigning a code and final level quality check will be done by most experienced coders in the team.

We ensure strict compliance be followed in coding with assistance of software e.g., Encoder Pro, 3M, Flash code, CCI Expert.

This workflow runs from a secure server that encrypts all data communication between client’s computer and our server. To access any data from our workflow, a valid user name and password is required.

Before taking up employment with us, every member of Nspire’s staff is required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, which explicitly requires them to keep all information from dictation and transcription confidential.

SKILLS
Transcription
Nspire’s current transcription team consists of 12 transcriptionists, 3 Proof Readers, and 1 Quality Analyst. Each transcriptionist is capable of handling around 50-60 minutes of dictation on an average daily basis. TAT is strictly adhered to and Quality is given priority over volumes.

Our transcription services include radiology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Family Practice, Pediatrics for hospitals and physician offices. The different types of reports we generate are SOAP, chart notes, admission notes, History & Physical, surgical reports, discharge summaries and emergency room reports.

Medical Coding/Billing

We have experienced team of medical coders/billers able to handle different specialties of medical coding and medical billing effectively and accurately. We have 8 AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders) & 2 CCS AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association) certified coders. Our Coders are experts in coding various specialties (Evaluation and Management, Emergency Room, Ambulatory Surgery, Radiology, Pathology). Our coders strictly follow CMS and AMA guidelines, strict adherence to LCDs & CCI Edits to make sure that each and every service is correctly billed. Our coders also make sure that accurate codes, including reimbursable or reportable codes, drugs and revenues codes are reported. All the coded reports will be Quality Checked before sending them to the client by most experienced coders in the team.
