SPK Advantage Services was founded in 2004 by Mr. Sankaranarayana Iyer, a Chartered Accountant with post qualification experience of around 10 years in the Financial Service Space with large Organisation including Multinationals. He is associated with a team of professionals having expertise in the said area. The main objective of the firm is to cater to the growing business needs in the financial backoffice support space.

Initially during the startup stage we started off by registering ourselves with the Outsourcing Portals and began catering to the Accounting and Reporting requirements of various agents and Corporates in US & Canada. Subsequently we tied up with a couple of Corporates in the Data analytics field in India and cater to their day-to-day backend operations.

Following were the major activities in detail, carried on by us as a part of various assignments:

1. Preparation of Business Reports for large Corporate: This includes entire gamut of activities such as comparison of the financials for the past five years, commenting on the financial performance of the Company, Collating the information on the Management of the Company, SWOT analysis, Industry overview etc.

2. Preparation of Performance Reports for Small Scale Business Entities: This includes compilation of the data received from the entities in the system, analyzing the data and preparation of Reports giving complete analysis on the financial performance and business evaluation including sector analysis

3. Updation of Private Limited and Listed Companies in the system: For enquiries received form the Clients for the specific Corporates, we update the data of the corporate in the system by downloading the same from the website of Company Affairs and also from the website of the Company. We also prepare the financials of the Corporates and update the same in the system. Also calls are place on the Corporates confirming certain Preliminary Information about the organization.

4. Preparation of Business Profile: Preparing the business profile for sale of business which includes details like history and description of the business, customer profile, future expansion plans, project cost, borrower profile etc.

5. Business Plans: Preparation of business plans including Company and objectives, management profile, funding and utilization, future expansion.

6. Financial statements: Preparation of profit & loss statement for five years for the purpose of business sale, based on the data gathered from the IT returns, credit report etc.

7. Client interaction: Calling up clients at US and gathering information required for preparation of the Project report.

8. Credit Report: Downloading the credit report from the site of credit service institution in order to cross verify the same with the information supplied by the buyer. The credit report also acts as a confirmation to the bank for granting funds towards business sale.

9. Due diligence report and Bank loan documentation:
• Once all the information is gathered from the buyer as well as the seller a due diligence report is prepared indicating the financial viability and future growth prospect of the business.
• Filling up the bank loan form along with complete set of documents in the pre-approved format and handing over the same to the client with necessary backup documents to be submitted to the bank for loan processing.

10. Data entry and upload in website: Entering the data in the website as per the instruction given by the client. The data is in a preapproved form, which is faxed to us by the client. The client also gives us the weblink in
