TERMS
We believe in qualitative participation in our Clients' plans and hence always work out payment terms that take into account the mutual benefits. Depending on the scope of the project, apart from minimum 25% advance, we operate with rest of the payment in part or full in line with the project schedule. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH PayPal.

As regards to designs for web and multimedia applications, we expect the buyer to provide all required images, sound and other related files. In case of the buyer's inability to provide these files, while developing designs/concept mockups, EXiiON may use suitable images ("representative samples") from their image bank generated over a period of time from a variety of sources. Unless otherwise explicitely stated, all buyers and/or end clients are advised to protect themselves from copyright violation if any prior to putting these representatove samples used by EXiiON for public view or commercial purpose.
