Kadkomp Solutions Pvt.Ltd is a leading service provider based out of Pune, India. Kadkomp established in Year 2003 with a view to render services in various areas such as High Technology Engineering, Design Documentation and Presentation. The main objective of the company is to focus & concentrate on Engineering Services. Kadkomp is formerly known as an IT Elite Systems Pvt. Ltd., which was renamed as Kadkomp Solutions Pvt.Ltd in a later stage.

Kadkomp solutions is a sister company of Kadkomp Systems Pvt.Ltd established in 1989. Kadkomp Systems initially provided both Engineering Solutions( CAD/CAM products) and Engineering services. Later on Engineering service business was transferred to Kadkomp Solutions along with new business line in Core IT.

SKILLS
Welding line fixture is a very specialized domain in the automobile industry. Integration of these fixtures with welding robots on a car transfer line, calls for greater attention in the design & detailing phases. This provides our customers, the price performance advantage in Welding line Fixture design & detailing services.
1.Welding Line Fixture Design: Where a concept explains welding spots, panel assembly, clamping
plan, panel loading- unloading diagram etc. Here a 3D solid model of the fixture is generated as
a design. We use CATIA & MDT as a software platform
2.Welding Line Fixture Detailing: Where 2D manufacturing drawings are generated from 3D model of
the fixture assembly
3.Modifications in the existing Welding line Fixture design: Where existing design requires
modifications for functional improvements

Specialization
We provide services into “Weld–Line Fixtures” for 4 Wheelers. Some of the Fixtures are Automated Robotized Weld Lines. Our Scope includes Concept Detailing on 3D Solid Modelling Software and/ or Generating 2D Manufacturing drawings as per Client / End User Specifications. We have completed Projects include fixtures for LCV, HCV, Passenger Cars, and Motor Cycle. Our end customers in this segment are Maruti, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ford, General Motors, Mercedes Benz, Hongo Motors, Mitsubishi, Fiat, and Honda for weld Line Fixtures for Design & Detailing.

We have also completed a no. of projects for Sugar Mills component Design & Detailing and Conveyor Systems on Autodesk Inventor Platform.
