TERMS
• 10% of the total contract value should be given at the time of signing of MOU as advance payment for mobilization.
• For hardware maintainence peojects consumables like cartridges, CD, Floppies, Toner cartridge, tape drive cartridge, UPS Batteries etc.) required to be replaced during the contract period will cost extra according to our rate contract.
• Payments on monthly basis for Manpower engaged in Managed Operations and quarterly basis for Hardware AMC.
• The duration of maintenance contract will be for 1 year from the Date of signing the MOU.
• If the payment will not be released within 15 days after completion of the month/quarter, interest will be charger @2% per month
For software development projects payment details will happen after the client requirement gathering.
