Please allow us to explain the nature of the RPOS industry in the Saudi Arabia. Freelancers Outsourcing Agencies here like in other parts of the world, get revenue from the recruitment fee. In the Saudi Arabia, this is broken down into the PLACEMENT FEE / SERVICE FEE.

Placement Fee / Service Fee

Placement Fee / Service Fee:- shall refer to the amount charged for actual services rendered in relation to the recruitment and placement of workers.
However, in our case, we classify the candidates into two categories with varying fee structures based on Nationalities.

Sr. # Category - A Nationality Charges
1 President, Director, Managerial, Designers, Specialist, SAP Consultants, Analyst and other highly professional staff USA, UK, Canadian, South African, Australian and European 75% of one month gross salary based on currency per recruited candidate (one time).

2 As above Indian, Pakistani, Philippines, Sri Lankan and Bangladesh 65% of one month gross salary based on currency per recruited candidate (one time).

3 As above Saudi Arabian, Egyptian, Syrian, Jordanian and Lebanese 60% of one month gross salary based on currency per recruited candidate (one time).
Sr. # Category – B Nationality Charges

1 All Engineering, Supervisor, Team Leader, Technical & Skilled Categories, Information Technology Staff and Administrative Staff USA, UK, Canadian, South African, Australian and European 75% of one month gross salary based on currency per recruited candidate (one time).

2 As above Indian, Pakistani, Philippines, Sri Lankan and Bangladesh 65% of one month gross salary based on currency per recruited candidate (one time).
3 As Above Saudi Arabian, Egyptian, Syrian, Jordanian and Lebanese 60% of one month gross salary based on currency per recruited candidate (one time).
