Riktam Technologies is a small Website and e-Commerce design and development agency based in Hyderabad, in the South of India. We specialise in designing websites for small and medium businesses, e-commerce applications and working with start-ups on web-delivered services.

We are a small team of dedicated hard-core web professionals (mostly with a Computer Engineering background) backed up by in-house designers. Client engagement and project teams are managed by Analysts with dual background in Technology as well as Business Adminstration.

We look to work on projects where we feel we can add genuine value, prefer to work with clients we are able to establish a good degree of comfort and rapport with, and rarely involve ourselves with more than 2-3 projects at a time.

We have loads of experience with all aspects of website design, including planning, visual design, interface design, search engine optimisation, content creation and e-commerce intergration.

We also design standalone desktop applications, content management systems for your website etc. In addition, we have experience in designing application based on APIs of popular websites including Facebook, Orkut, Google Maps, Salesforce.com etc.

TERMS
We are happy to engage with our clients in whatever way they are most comfortable. There is an engagement process that tends to work best in our experience, and we recommend you give it a thought.

Once you contact us with your requirements in brief, we do a quick check on the skills required to execute your project, your timelines and our resources to determine if we shall be able to work with you.

If we can help you, we will get back to you with a preliminary estimate of the time and cost for the project. If we are unable to help you for any reason, we will usually be able to recommend a reliable alternative vendor.

We will provide a single point of contact who will be responsible for your project. We strongly recommend you do the same. These two people would interact on a regular day-to-day basis throughout the project, with others coming in as and when required.

In most cases, we expect 20% of the project cost upfront as a mobilization fee. The balance is payable on completion of mutually agreed milestones.
