TERMS
1. RPO Model:

a) Sourcing: A sourcing specialist would make use of job boards like Dice, Monster, Hotjobs etc.., to find qualified resume based on the job description and source the qualified candidates to the clients desk. The advantage of this service is we have licenses for all the major job boards and we do not charge any extra amount. (Non-voice service.)

Cost: $1500 per month.

b) Recruiting: Voice based service. A dedicated recruiter would do both sourcing and call up the right candidates and qualify them on a certain parameters after which the would be handed over to the next level. The recruiter work according to the clients time zone and he would also be offered back up by CIG team to find passive candidates.

Cost: $1750 per month.
- $750 one time placement fees for permanent positions (Mandatory.)
- $500 one time placement fees for contract positions. (Mandatory.)

c) Candidate Information Gathering Service (C.I.G): A CIG specialist is assigned to work on finding passive candidates who are hard to find on job boards, call such passive candidates and check their availability in the market, their interest for any new jobs and also get details like contact #, address and updated resume (if provided.) and pass the details to the clients.

Cost: $10 per hour for minimum of 40hrs.

3. BPO:

a) Employee benefits - which includes voice based Benefits Administration Cost : $1500 Per Month
Non voice Benefits Administration : Cost : $1250 Per Month
b) Data Processing ( Formatting ) - Cost : $1500 per Month
c) Data Entry - Cost : $1000 per Month
