Offshore Development Center (ODC)
Safesoft’s ODC mostly serves European and American clients who are interested in China while demanding high performance with English skills. ODCs are teams devoted to a single client. The quality and productivity are improved as the teams accumulate knowledge of a client's domain over time. The ODC favors client in terms of knowledge retention and resource availability in addition to high quality deliverables at lower costs.

Project-based Outsourcing
Safesoft estimates each client’s individual requirements and produces a proposal detailing the Scope of Work to be performed, the Project Schedule outlining milestones for the project and a detailed quote of the project’s cost. The billing method for a Project Based Engagement is typically agreed upon with the client and can be Fixed-Price, Time & Material (T&M), Milestone based or a combination of any of these.
