HAVE AROUND 9.5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE CALL CENTER/BPO FIELD. STARTED FROM AN AGENT LEVEL AND HAVE REACHED TILL OPERATIONS MANAGER LEVEL BEFORE I STARTED MY OWN COMPANY.
