India Operations are based in Noida, a suburb of New Delhi the capital of India. The Indian corporation, Vcare Care Call Centers India (p) Ltd., is a wholly owned subsidiary of the US corporation.

Operations in India are housed in a modern, climate-controlled building located in Noida, a suburb of New Delhi, the capital of India. The center is a 100% IP based network and uses CISCO technology platform. Electrical power and Internet connectivity are redundant.

Call centers India is a CISCO powered company, Its management team has over 20 years of combined call center experience. The company employs more than 250 people and is growing more than 15% quarter per quarter.

The company currently serves about 15 clients. It has also helped a number of other customers on a project basis. Clientele range up to Fortune 500-size companies. The call center operation is structured to serve organizations typically requiring atleast 10-50 agents per shift.
