Hello, We are firm based in Pakistan and have been serving our clients in different fields for a long time. We specialised in tele-marketing, inbound/outbound call handling, advertisement, web marketing, consultancy, web designing and much more. We have served companies based in UK, Canda, Malaysia,USA. We have an experience of about 3 years in field of tele marketing, our employees are well trained,courteous,well spoken and experienced in the field of inbound/outbound call handling.
The recent projects we handled were, Duct cleaning appointment making service, Mobile communication sales/leads based project, Terminal sales/appointment making project. We can work both per hour or fixed budget basis. Our objective is to provide our clients with a peace of mind so they can rely on us for the success of their business. We have limited numbers of agents/seats but can increase the number upon request/requirement of client. Thanks

SKILLS
We always endeavour to focus on sales/services/presentation/comunication skills and finally we focus not to have negative response from the business/customer we will be dealing for business/service. Our skilled staff always try their level best to put in their experience while performing their job, marketing/sales are one of our expertise. We done most of work for outbound services but also have experience of inbound services.

TERMS
The last project we done was for Canadian company. we worked 8-10 hours Canadian local time from morning till evening. We always give our clients options of payment; we can charge per hour economical rate (can be negotiable) or we can charge/handle business on a fixed budget setup by our clients. The last per hour rate we charged was $4/hr for the full time hours of 9 till 5.Those $4 included all the basic costs and no extra charges were charged from the client.

We can run 12 hour shift but can increase time of working hours if requested/required by the clients.

payment methods we prefer bank transfer or wire transfer but can accept cheques as well.

We will require all the information about the project and if necessary some basic training about the product we will be marketing/serving in.
