The Dominican Republic Call Center Association was founded to inform companies in the Dominican Republic and the United States of the great opportunity that exists in the call center industry in the Dominican Republic. Most importantly, DRCCA serves as a guide to those businesses who are interested in moving their business to the Caribbean.
