TERMS
Client’s Responsibilities

CLIENT needs to provide the following to the White Shaarks team:

i. Respond to queries raised by White Shaarks within 2-3 days of White Shaarks raising the query
ii. Provide all relevant images that will be uploaded to the site (If Required)
iii. Provide all necessary Style Guides needed for the graphics (If Required)

White Shaarks Responsibilities :-
To appoint a Project Manager and deploy a team of professionals, as required, to undertake the activities related to the execution of the project.
To perform the activities, as per the scope of work, adhering to the time schedule mutually agreed upon
White Shaarks will keep all information, source code, and details completely confidential and secure.


Fees and Expenses :-
We believe in long term working relationship rather then just money!
White Shaarks works on a fixed fees basis as well as on hourly basis. Our quote is inclusive of all development related expenses including salaries, media, overhead expenses, 3rd party component etc. However any costs beyond the development phase are not the responsibility of White Shaarks.
