Our infrastructure has been developed, keeping in mind the requirements of today’s business modules, with a very high degree of emphasis on redundancy and security. Scalability and flexibility have also been provided, so that there is negligible to minimal disruption of work should the need arise to introduce a new line of business or a business process. Adequate workspace per seat, as per international standards, centralized air-conditioning, a cafeteria with natural lighting, landscaping with flora, transport to and fro add to an environment that ensures reduced fatigue and monotony and thereby increases work efficiency in the company. Security within the infrastructure is of primary concern to us. Physical access into the center or of any floor or department therein, as well as protection of removable notes or documents being taken out of the premises has been catered to. Also other connectivity other than the prescribed work schedule to the outside world through the Internet is also restricted to a ‘need basis’ and that has to be authorized as per a pre-determined authentication process. Power supply at the main center have inbuilt redundancies so that work is not at all affected due to disruption of power.Trained manpower undertake periodic testing, so that in the event of any eventuality, everyone is familiar with their roles and consequently, hazards are minimized and systems are tested to be fully functional.
