DESCRIPTION
We are an outsourcing call center with experience in setting appointments for our clients, order processing, data processing and customer service for B to C.
We are looking to fulfill the needs of small to medium sized companies, who look to outsource their customer service, sales or telemarketing for an affordable fee.
We are strong in providing individualized service to our clients, and going the extra mile.
Panama City is widely recognized as a banking and telecom world class center. There is no delay or clicking sounds currently heard in call centers located in India and the Eastern Block countries. Most importantly, there is a very strong need and desire by most Panamanians to speak English as a second language as it is a sure way to a larger paycheck. English classes now start in grade schools and higher education is pursued by many Panamanians. Thus, there is a very good talent pool from which TeleReps USA carefully screens and selects "agents" to work on behalf of your company. Although Telereps USA maintains the confidentiality of our clients as part of our operating agreement, please rest assured we can handle your business no matter how complicated. Our current clients include complicated medical services, customized printing order entry, involved direct mail interfacing, and telephonic pharmaceutical product detailing.
- Panama is on Central Standard time (does not change to Daylight Savings time). Currently we provide service to clients in the United States from 7 am east coast to 9 pm west coast time, however, we are open to discussion and could provide 24 hour coverage if needed

SKILLS
Customer Service - The TeleReps USA staff will answer your customer inquiries, and with your training assistance, and provide your customers with answers and satisfaction on your behalf.

Please understand that we work with each customer as an individual and customize each solution to meet their individual needs.

However, to give you some idea of pricing, please review the following:

We offer on average 1 seat for $1800 per month for 160 hours dedicated agent. Software, training and all data processing needs to be delivered by the client and we provide hardware, human resources and professional input where needed for scripts and training.

If there are other needs regarding hours and payment schedule, we are open to discussion and negotiation.
