Our company JK InfoTech was established in March 2004, at Dharwad, Karnataka India and along with a franchisee office in Mumbai for doing business in the field of data processing, data conversion i.e. PDF and OCR format (proof reading), retrospective conversion, software development worked on numerous platforms as per the specifications of the clients, managing pay roles for various companies, etc.

We have been presently working on a number of projects related to data conversion (PDF and OCR) for various libraries, hospitals, and stock exchanges worldwide some countries to name are: USA, Sweden and United Kingdom.

3. Scanning work for the ABN Amro Bank for their loan documents i.e. conversion into e-documents, from PDF to editable document format.

SKILLS
Our technical team has been involved in:

Complete software development life cycles of projects commencing from requirement gathering, functional & technical analysis, and documentation & coding as per SCI CMM level 3 guidelines. Developed system application, client-server, n-tier applications using ASP.net, PB, VB, XML, SQL Server 2K, Oracle 9i/8i and Crystal Reports 8.5, Microsoft Access amongst others.

· Heading technical team of FTIL’s back office database products (DPM TM depository back office product). Involved in complete SDLC for each product.
· Orchestrating all components for software product delivery namely project management & tracking, requirements management, analysis & design, configuration management, development, testing & audit.
· Version, configuration & release management of product at more than fifteen different client sites simultaneously.
· Responsible for implementing SEI CMM guidelines in the product team and ensuring all audit requirements are complied with.

TERMS
We offer:

1) Number of pages converted in a certain specific period of time as agreed by both the parties. For example, 50000 Images can be completed in 10 days along with the QC check.
2) For conversion with OCR and proof reading we charge USD 0.60 per 1000 characters (negotiable).
3) Images to be sent to JK InfoTech as a large consignment to be sufficient enough to complete the job.
4) After the data conversion job is completed the data is burned on a CD and sent for quality control check to our quality control office in Mumbai.
5) After the QC check as per the satisfaction of the client the payment is released.
6) Payment to be released within 8 working days after receipt of work and submission of bill.
7) If the images are damaged there can be a penalty charged the client can specify up to the extent of damage the amount.
