Nivers is the EU oriented brand of Vega Soft that is a Belarusian IT company which is engaged in onshore, nearshore and offshore custom software design and development as well as in software integration and customization and legacy systems reengineering. Nivers works with two categories of clients: IT companies and end users.

• For IT companies Nivers can offer qualified resources based on whom dedicated teams will be created. All the resources can be tested by a customer in advance to check technical skills of candidates. The formed team will operate as a part of the customer’s development team. Usage of variety of tracking tools makes the team easily supervised as the customer can control the development process.

• For end users we offer the complete process of software development. It means that the only thing that customers need to do is to formulate the requirements. We will fulfill the whole process by ourselves. In any case, customers will be aware of each stage of the process and will be able to make corrections to be sure that the final solution they pay for will meet their expectations.

While developing software for our clients we use best practices of IBM RUP methodologies as well as Agile methodologies (particularly, XP, SCRUM). The choice of a methodology depends on projects’ types, on customers’ requirements and on goals and characteristics of the project which are discussed with a customer in advance before the project starts. Such approach provides a consistent way of executing and delivering projects as well as uniform terminology and expectations for all stakeholders.
