TERMS
We work with the following pricing models:
Fixed Time/ Fixed Price
The fixed time-fixed price model is an option with lowest risk for the client. We take up projects within this pricing model when the detailed specifications are frozen to a large extent, the deliverables and timelines are clearly defined in a Statement of Work.
Time and Materials
When the project specifications are being defined and the delivery timelines and the costs cannot be established right away, this is a preferred pricing model. In case of offshore development, the teams and infrastructure is established and maintained by Magna. In cases where onsite delivery model is adopted, the teams are established and project managed by our Project Manager on site. The pricing is based on size and composition of the teams.
Hybrid
Some of the projects are priced differently during different phases of the project life cycle. Magna could work with Time and Materials pricing till the specifications and timelines are clearly defined and then move to fixed price mode.
