(A BRIEF INTRODUCTION)

TAJ Design Service (TDS) was established in 2004 to provide Engineering and Land Development Design Services to clients in United States. The company is headed (founded) by Mr. Bharat Bhargava, P.E. (an I.I.T. graduate and a M.S. from United States) with over 25 years experience in Land Development, Road Design, Underground Utility Design and other engineering services. The objective of TDS is to provide high quality engineering design services to clients on a long term basis. The endeavour now is to bring this expertise into the rapidly expanding Indian Market .

TDS has a staff of over 20 engineers and technicians and is currently preparing land development plans for a 1600-unit mixed use development and another 180 units single family subdivision plan and a couple of smaller site plans. Over the past three years TDS has finished over 100 projects that include preliminary plans and detailed construction drawings. It uses the latest software for plan production (Autodesk’s Civil 3D, 2008 edition) and is equally at ease with other supporting software used for engineering design and calculations.

TDS has been able to provide engineering support services to various clients in an efficient and committed manner which has won it widespread appreciation from it’s clients.
