All members of this team are assigned to the team only after the client has had an opportunity to conduct a skill evaluation of each team member. The team supervisor reports directly to the client. We are also open to the client assign his own supervisor or sending a supervisor onsite to work in our facility.

The per seat per month model is an all-inclusive model with a flat monthly rate. Rates are based on the number of seats and the contract duration. The flat rate covers all recurring costs including employee salaries, infrastructure, hardware, workflow application, and management services and data connectivity. The only additional cost the client has to bear is for access to any online billing software, which you would prefer us to use.

If effect, we provide you with a dedicated virtual offshore facility. The employees you select for your team will work ONLY on your assignments based on priority levels set by you.
