TERMS
Approvals / Feedback:
•There would be approval at two stages, first stage at the time of concept development
(Home Page and Navigation Design) and second stage at the time of final Product Demo.
•Approval/ Feedback on product development at various stages have to be unanimous and
final. Any changes made there after would be chargeable.

Terms & Conditions
•Payment: 40% advance, balance 40% after successful installation of the project at
your place.
•If work is added to the original proposal at development time & associated cost
will be increased.
•If you are not timely in correspondence or delivering materials, this will cause your
project to be delayed.
•The lead time for the completion of task are determined by the complexity of the project.
