Over the last few years, outsourcing of business processes has been gaining popularity and that is the time when Excel Callnet was incorporated in 2002 with a vision of a BPO, the first to be in Chandigarh.

Hence, Excel holds the privilege of being the first BPO in Chandigarh. We have grown over the past 6 years to employee strength of 250 and expect to grow to 350 employees in this year. This growth is expected in the traditional Call Centre business as well as in higher skill areas of BPO.

Excel’s success has been the result of a focus on the quality of people, skills and processes made possible by professional management and optimum technology. Excel continues to invest in the quality of its employees, thereby creating attractive employment opportunities.

We have several voice based processes running for US, UK and Canada and Australia based clients and some back office non voice projects.
