Anthropoi Services, its associate partner is one of the fastest growing recruitment consultancies and has been serving its clients’ human capital requirements in India and Middle East.

Garner is currently being operated out of small office in the heart of Mumbai with a backup capacity of a 100-seater in being developed in a popular business hub. The premise boasts of a state-of-the-art technology center which makes it capable to sustain large outsourcing projects extremely efficiently. Anthropoi HR Services, the human resource consultant involved in this initiative, has a strong understanding of the industry, which enables them to source the best talent pool and see to it there in no dearth of professionally qualified manpower. Since its inception in 2007, Garner has managed to procure a well-known UK based client. The process entails documentation of financial data related to payroll and tax statements, compliant to the UK Generally Accepted Accounting Procedures.

Padamkumar Thakarshi Poladia

Mr. Poladia, a professionally qualified chartered accountant and a law graduate has had immense experience in the Finance, Accounts Audit and Income Tax domains. He is also a certified information system auditor and has served as a director for a reputed co-operative bank. He is serving as the president of KDOCA while rendering his services as a partner with N. B. Shah & Associates. His association with the Industry for the over two decades has endowed him with a supreme understanding of the minutiae therewith and has the wherewithal to guide and manage large business setups.

Kamlesh Sanghavi

Mr. Sanghavi is a practicing Chartered Accountant, and is a fellow Member of
Chartered Accountants and also an Associate Member of Company Secretary of India. His concentrated efforts & knowledge has developed systematic accounting and finance process over the last 25 years he has managed company audit, Income Tax Matters, Company Law Matters, Corporate Consultancy and Project Finance for some of the large institutions and organizations in India and abroad.

Mr. Mehta is a comprehensive software professional, who has acquired colossal practical exposure to the domain, presently serving the technology needs of the esteemed RPK Infocom, a division of RPK Investments & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. He has been the think-tank behind financial software development for more than a few business consortia. His impeccable knowledge across diverse software technologies corroborates him as a robust IT support.

Arvind Iyer

Mr. Iyer has been associated with leading corporate businesses like IBM Daksh and Adventity BPO, which are prominent players in the BPO and KPO segment. He started his career within the core customer service operations team and then gained insight into hardcore sales processes. Having gained knowledge in the outsourcing domain, he shifted focus to the human resource vertical, which has earned considerable momentum in the present scenario. His experience spans across India and Middle east, serving a couple of the fastest growing recruitment firms. Presently he owns and manages Anthropoi HR Services, along with his partner. A deep-rooted understanding of the global process outsourcing delivery model coupled with the ability to identify professionally apt human resources are his fundamental skills.

Vaibhav Thombre

Mr. Thombre has played a key role for several organizations owing to his commendable analytical skills. He has served the likes of Global Telesystems Ltd. and the Times Group. His keen eye for process improvement has won him accolades from the management and clients, both domestic and international, throughout his professional tenure. Apart from process re-engineering, workflow management, manpower planning and new business generation are some areas that are his forte. He jointly owns and manages Anthropoi HR Services, catering to a few, yet highly reputed clients in India and abroad.
