DESCRIPTION
- Contract Management specialist with significant background in working for a premier Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company in India (ONGC) for five (5) Separate offshore Engineering and Construction Contracts – LSTK ( each costing around in the range of US$100 -400 Million )

- Finalization of various Service contracts & Contract Administration for Onshore projects ranging from US $ 1.0 – 40 Million.

- Procurement of materials/equipments from reputed international/Local vendors for E&P Company.

- In-depth knowledge in managing pre-award activities of Contract starting from Prequalification criteria & Bid Evaluation Criteria, request for quotations, bid evaluation, and short listing of bidders, negotiating, drafting and placement of Contract award.

- Post award contract management and administration particularly on EPC contracts starting from insurance, performance guarantee change order management, progress measurements and correspondence management for contractual correctness. Monitor all contractual issues till the project is closed.

SKILLS
More than 20 Years of progressive professional experience in the field of Contract Management with M/S OIL AND NATURAL GAS CORPORATION LTD, a premier Oil and Gas exploration and production Company in India.

- Knowledge and in-depth understanding of Contract Administration of offshore Projects and onshore oilfield plant and equipment. Particular experience in Contract Pre - and Post- Award phases of a Project.

- Ability in finalization of contracts for LSTK, purchase, item rates, reimbursable as well as cost plus contract on fixed fee basis & Experience in handling all types of contract.

- Working knowledge of SAP system (MM Module) and Coordinator for SAP MM Module

- Drafting of tender committee minutes, preparation and submission of proposals to Tender Committees (Tender Board), Executive Purchase Committee etc for approval.

- Excellent Skills in Evaluation, Negotiation, Award, and Management of Contracts.

- Sincere and involvement towards work to achieve the targets

- Ability to work in a Team

- Ability to work in a multinational environment with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
