How we work:
1. CUSTOMER will ask Crystal arch for a proposal on a specific job.

2. Crystal Arch will follow-up with a quote - email to CUSTOMER appropriate Engineer/Engineers.

3. CUSTOMER Engineer will issue a work order through CUSTOMER Purchasing to Crystal Arch.

4. CUSTOMER Purchasing will issue a PO to Crystal Arch, based on Crstal Arch's Quote.

4. Crystal Arch will start working on your project and clarifying the doubts through email /telephone/Net meeting. Our Project Managers will conduct tech talk at your convenient time. We use advanced and latest cost effective communication tools for conducting tech talks.


5.Crstal Arch will issue an invoice upon completion on the job. If changes, add-on hours, are required, CUSTOMER will initiate a P.O change order, adding the required time & dollars.

6. Payment Terms to be: Net 10 Days after invoice.


Delivery Mode:
The entire document will be supplied through FTP or email.

Our purpose is to make our customers feel that we are next door and available on demand and yes, at the lowest ever rates.
