DESCRIPTION
TIAC group is a software company, established in 2004 in University City of Novi Sad, Serbia, but it exists as an informal group since 2001. Through time our company has grown and today it employs some 15 developers. Our areas of work range from software development and optimization software to software process improvement.
The mission of our company is the application of software project management and software quality assurance in software development, together with providing consulting services in this area. Our goal is to achieve high standard software process that will assure high quality development.
In the following years, we expect the success and growth on domestic market as well as the growing presence on European and other international markets. We strongly believe that in ten years period our company will become a leading consulting expert in the field of project management and IT technologies in South-eastern Europe.

Our software development process is based on CMMI® model, but we have extended it and implemented not only on the project and operative levels, but also on the business level to obtain what we call TIAC Business Model.
What this really means for our clients is that this value is directly manifested in quality of our services, stability of products and client satisfaction.

In our work, we have been engaged on projects from the following domains so far: web development, finance, transport, government, NGO, oil and petrochemical, SME general.

We are offering two outsourcing Models:

Model Onsite-offshore
Onsite-offshore model means that the home team is located at TIAC’s premisses, while the POM (project onsite manager) is located onsite with the customer. This model gives best results when the outsourcing service provider and the customer companies are in the same or near time zones (GMT to GMT+2).
Advantages of this type of model:
- onsite cost savings,
- effective use of TIAC’s software process,
- scalability of the home team,
- facilitated logistics.
This model benefits from two modes of work by using the adaptation of CMMI® IPPD: the direct work with the customer onsite and extension of the local software team.

Model Offsite-offshore
This is the classic offshore outsourcing project, where the entire development team is located at our premises. This type of project offers bigger savings and we are minimizing the risk using a good process model.
