Proficient in Filipino, English, and Chinese language.

III. Professional Fee and Payment Terms
1.0 Professional Fee
NEGOTIABLE - excluding taxes
2.0 Terms of Payment
2.1 Acceptance Fee / Downpayment of 40%
2.2 Progress Payment of 40% upon submission of Progress Plan
2.3 Final Payment of 20% upon submission of Final Plan
IV. Terms and Conditions:
1.0 Client shall provide relevant data such as:
1.1 Topographic map (Autocad format)
1.2 Boundary Survey; Base Plans;
1.3 Transportation and guide during ocular inspection
2.0 services may include:
2.1 Subdivision Planning
2.2 Detailed Masterplanning
2.3 Site Engineering
2.4 Architectural Design
2.1 Interior Design
2.2 Landscape Design
2.3 Graphic Design
2.4 Project Management
2.5 Business Planning
3.0 Change orders or any additional works other than those included in previously agreed and/or completed scope of works will be charged accordingly.
4.0 The Architect will submit ¬electronic files only of deliverables.
