We are a new company providing inbound and outbound telephone services. We are a partnership between experienced telemarketers and Business Advisors, Icon Business Solutions, who have seen a clear need for a professional service aimed at SMEs in New Zealand.

Outbound services include appointment making, lead generation, database generation, database cleaning, customer feedback, customer followups, market surveys (business to business) competitor research.

Inbound sevices include answer phone services and appointment making.

TERMS
Prices can be on an appointment basis, by the hour or by the call depending on the business needs.
There is usually a set up fee to cover script design and database administration.
Timescales are to suit the needs of the client but once the script and database have been agreed, calls can begin almost immediately.

Payment terms are 7 days initially.
