i4 Infotech Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as VRS Telesoft Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2005, to leverage the market potential of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technologies. The company initially focused primarily on developing software for telecom domain. The company provided international clients, software development services for billing, monitoring, routing, CRM etc., enabling them with end to end management capabilities of VoIP network and services. I4 was able to bring several innovations in areas of service delivery and built key components for different areas of telecom service and network management.

While by second year of operation the client base became well entrenched and i4 was able to post profits, it invested in diversification into other niche areas. i4 was engaged in development of search solutions, travel related technologies, project management tools & Web 2.0 technology etc. It has generated a significant portion of net revenue in last financial year from these operations. To rightly reflect its multi domain expertise and operations the name was changed from “VRS Telesoft Pvt. Ltd.” to “i4 Infotech Pvt. Ltd.”.

Globetel is provider of communication products and enhanced value-added services. It provides consumer VoIP services through a network of distributors and alliance partners. It operates out of Pembroke Pines in Florida, USA. i4 is engaged with Globetel in developing complete solutions for its data & voice services and continually upgrading service offerings.

TRALLIANCE CORPORATION :
Tralliance Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary of theglobe.com (otcbb:tglo) that, as the .travel Registry, develops products and services to promote the efficiencies and convenience of e-commerce for the global travel and tourism industry. Its headquartered in New York City,USA.


VOICEGLO
Voiceglo deals in consumer VoIP, by offering VoIP related services directly to consumer. It operates from Ft. Lauderdale in Florida, USA. i4 is engaged with Voiceglo in developing its Glophone product and providing system integration services.

SKILLS
VoIP : i4’s has worked extensively in area of VoIP and a major component of it’s net revenue comes from VoIP related software development. The company has expertise in developing software for end to end management of VoIP network and service. The STPI unit will invest further in this technology to build advanced products in this area.

Data Network Management: i4 builds solutions for ISPs to manage services and customers in their data network. It has so far extensively worked on WiFi related billing, monitoring & CRM solutions.

IR (Information retrieval): i4 has successfully developed software for its client in IR domain which includes search engines. Based on this experience, STPI unit will build search components that can be customized and integrated into other solutions.

Travel Industry: A significant portion of revenue flow of i4, comes from travel industry. Seeing the phenomenal growth of travel industry in both India and abroad the unit will build products and services to cater to this industry.


Project Monitoring & collaboration: The proposed unit will utilize the company’s past experience in this area and build products, components and solutions.
