CAD Solutions is your best choice for outsourced cad drafting services. We provide outsourced cad drafting services for owner-builders, architects, engineers and contractors. We deliver high quality CAD drafting services at a reasonable price, always on time, for customers nationwide.

Our team of drafting professionals is ready to assist you. We will provide fixed quotes based on our $20.00/hour rate in advance of all projects.

• AutoCAD drafting
• Paper-to-CAD conversion
• Schematic sketches to CAD
• Redlines
• We also use Chief Architect to produce plans.

CAD Solutions works using your layers and CAD standards. Send us samples of your completed projects that are similar in scope and we will match your standards.
We do not do home or site visits.

Getting started:
Describe your project in detail. For example, square footages of project, design style you are looking for or what type of engineering drawing you need.

Scan any design drawings and upload them or email them to us. Or if you prefer just ship the designs you have to us and we will scan them and upload them for you. (Scanning Fee will apply)

TERMS
Once we receive all of the information for your project we will email you a fixed quote with a time frame.

Approve the quote and time frame and make any deposit payments and we begin your project immediately. Typically 25% of the total fee (for a full set of plans. Maybe higher for smaller projects.)

All of our proposals and quotes are based on an $20.00 per hour rate. Your information is safe with us; we will enter into a confidentiality agreement at your request.
Once we have preliminary drawings completed we will submit them for approval and make any changes if needed before preparing the final drawings.
Final drawings are completed on time and in budget guaranteed.
Make any final payments due. We will do (minor) corrections at no additional cost to you.
