The Avalon Group has 3 companies under its fold viz. Avalon Global Research (AGR), Avalon Consulting and Ugam Solutions with a combined strength of 1000 employees. It was founded by 2 IIT-IIM alumni and 2 others from leading business schools in India.

Avalon Consulting focuses on Strategy and Performance Improvement. Ugam is the largest provider of market research services outsourcing in India.

AGR conducts custom research and tracking reports for global clients based out of our delivery centre in India. For more than 20 years, AGR has leveraged our comprehensive market expertise to serve an extended clientele that includes Global 7000 companies, emerging companies and the investment community.

We have four types of engagement models:

1. Dedicated FTE :FTE functions as a extended team member of the client on a dedicated basis. It allows full operational control and knwoledge retention. Such a model is useful for long duration, high volume engagement.

2. Project basis: Usually for customised research. The charges are time bound.

3. Shared services : A team which is shared by many projects/clients. Typically useful in one-off or ad-hoc requests.

4. Hybrid :A blend of 1 and 2.

Our delivery takes few hours for some assignments like quick reports and compliance search to a few weeks for tracking and customised reports. We take advantage of the time difference with the west to deliver the very next day in many projects.

Our rates are extremely competitive given the fact that we have over 20 years of industry research experience and serve many clients in each of the industries.

Our rates vary between USD 15 and USD 45 depending on the type of the assignment and the volumes.
