Based on our 17+ years experience, we've created an engagement model based on the dedicated team approach, called Remote Engineering Center (REC), specially optimized for software and high-tech companies. Having a rich experience working with such companies, Auriga has analyzed the set of needs that they have, and created a model focused on satisfying those particular needs.

In brief, REC model was developed as an evolution of a dedicated team approach. It combines flexibility and integration of a convetional Offshore Dedicated Center and Resource Augmentation models with high responsibility of service provider and low management overhead on customer’s side of the Project-based model.
